I worked for Lithia for 15 years. When the management was replaced, the new management kept piling more and more duties onto my plate to the point of no longer being able to do the job I was there for. At one point I was doing the duties of a porter, a cashier, an advisor, and a manager. Management refused to help de-escalate any issues or help solve any problems. I was told I had to deal with any and all heat by our service manager because he didn't want to and didn't "have time". The stress had gotten so bad I was having to take anti depressants and do ketamine therapy. Towards the end of my employment I was being told I could not go to my treatments and that I needed to work harder. They created such a stressful and toxic work environment that I could no longer perform my required duties. Not once was I offered intermittent FMLA either when these issues were brought up to management. I had to investigate solutions to make it to my ketamine treatments on my own to find out that was even an option. The answer they always had was that I needed to either work harder or more hours. On a separate note, they also changed my payplan every year and it always equated as a decrease in pay. It's the only company i've ever worked at where I had a yearly pay cut. The CEO sending out emails boasting how the company is making more money than ever before and to keep up the good work; then getting pulled into the office for a pay cut every year was a major moral killer. Just an awful place to work, especially towards the end of my employment. I felt like just a number on a piece of paper, when I had given so much effort and time into being the best at what I did. This dealership is absolutely getting pushed to failure and every decision the management makes is purely self preservation driven. They don't care about their employees or their customers.

Requested resolution: I would love for HR to perform any investigation into why all of there service employees are quitting or being fired.
